Even though humans are averse to bitter taste, pharmaceutical compounds with physiological benefits often taste bitter. Therefore, the masking of bitterness is considered to be important in food processing and pharmacology.

One of the growing market is now stevia, a plant base law calorie sweetener fully natural. As of now there are so many parts of stevia extracts. Like Reb A, Reb M, stevioside etc. In matter all stevia extract has after taste, some has very higher and some lower. Scientist finding way to cover it.
But we have good news for you all stevia manufacturer. Now NBM can solve all after taste problems. By adding different amount of NBM in different extract we can cover after taste and make it taste like sugar (In terms of after taste). There will be slight difference in sweetness, not huge.
As for example In stevioside if we add NBM 30% (1000 gm stevioside and 300 gm NBM) then it taste like RA 95. And in RA 95 if we add NBM 10% (1000 gm RA 95 and 100 gm NBM) then it tastes like sugar (In terms of after taste). If stevioside taste like RA 95 then it’s huge margin for stevia industries and very good for customer. Just like miracle all after taste is gone. Stevia extract is good but with NBM we can make stevia BEST.
